By accessing or using Social Spin Verse ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and OMD Norway ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of Social Spin Verse.

Social Spin Verse is a free-to-play social casino entertainment platform. The Platform provides casino-style games (including Crash, Mines, Dice, and Coin Flip) that use virtual coins for gameplay.

Important:

• The Platform does NOT offer real-money gambling of any kind
• Virtual coins have NO real-world monetary value
• Virtual coins cannot be redeemed, transferred, exchanged, or withdrawn for real money, cryptocurrency, goods, or services
• No deposits or purchases are required to use the Platform
• No prizes of monetary value are awarded

You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher) to use the Platform.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet this requirement.

When creating an account on Social Spin Verse, you agree to:

• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Not share your account with any other person
• Not create multiple accounts
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to exploit, hack, reverse-engineer, or manipulate the Platform or its games
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform
• Attempt to sell, trade, or exchange virtual coins for real money or anything of value
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent any Platform rules or restrictions

Virtual coins are provided free of charge for entertainment purposes only. By using virtual coins, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Virtual coins have no real-world monetary value
• Virtual coins cannot be redeemed for real money, cryptocurrency, or any item of value
• Virtual coins cannot be transferred, sold, traded, or exchanged
• Virtual coins cannot be withdrawn from the Platform
• We may modify, reset, or remove virtual coin balances at any time
• Virtual coins do not constitute property and confer no ownership rights
• No refunds or compensation will be provided for virtual coins under any circumstances

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and source code — are the exclusive property of OMD Norway or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OMD Norway shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Since no real money is involved in the use of the Platform and virtual coins have no real-world value, any loss of virtual coins does not constitute a financial loss.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
